CREATIVE DIRECTOR / CO-FOUNDER
The award winning British designer studied at leading Art and Design Schools in the UK, receiving a Masters Degree from the prestigious Royal College of Art London, where she learned the traditions and techniques of Savile Row, working alongside Savile Row tailors, before accepting a scholarship to train with the English luxury menswear company Alfred Dunhill. Donna Karan spotted Victoria’s talent and transferred her to New York where she became the designer for Donna Karan menswear. It was Victoria’s distinctive style which then attracted LVMH, offering her the Paris based position of Louis Vuitton Head of Menswear under Marc Jacobs. Victoria single-handedly launched and established all aspects of Menswear Ready-to-Wear and it was a position which gave her the possibility to freely experiment with her creativity.
Victoria’s passion to start her own collection and the love of her life eventually led her to Italy, where she debuted her V GRANTHAM Menswear Collection for Winter 2001 in Milan, while at the same time holding Creative Director positions at Valentino, New York Industrie and Exte. The V GRANTHAM Collection sold at top stores worldwide.
Victoria, her husband and their 2 children moved to London in 2007. Her desire to give back and share her extensive International experience in the Fashion industry led her to her role as Head Lecturer of ‘The Fashion System; History, Design and Marketing’ at the Marangoni Institute in London. At the same time she was designing the very first Capsule Collection for Natalie Massenet and Net-a-Porter. Victoria moved back to New York with her family in 2011 and after additional consulting projects including Five Foxes Japan, she was asked to join Rebecca Minkoff in 2015 to set up the Menswear Division, Uri Minkoff, a full collection of Ready-to-Wear, Footwear, Handbags, Watches and Tech Accessories. In 2017 she was asked to head up all of design for the brand, becoming Rebecca Minkoff Creative Director, charged with the responsibility to modernise, reinvigorate and revitalize the brand. Victoria led all aspects of design for both Women and Mens collections in all categories and licensed products: Handbags, Footwear, Ready-to-Wear, Eyewear, Watches, Jewelry, Tech Accessories, Soft Accessories, Luggage, and most recently Childrenswear.

Fabio is a senior fashion executive with more than 25 years of international experience driving growth in E-commerce, licensing, retail and wholesale for aspirational and luxury brands. His tenure in the industry includes building a global presence for Donna Karan, Cerruti, Liberty of London, Pringle of Scotland, St. John, and Rebecca Minkoff. Fabio was the Global President & CEO of Gianni Chiarini / 21 Investment Group USA before co-founding SHARKCHASER which he currently leads as CEO. He is also a Managing Partner and Board Member for XGen AI. Fabio is a continuous learner with a diplomatic approach, and he is personally and professionally passionate about exploring cultures, developing people and creating the exceptional. In addition to his business expertise, understanding of product development/production and organizational leadership strength, Fabio has a discerning creative point of view and a deep reverence for brand. Throughout his career, he has thrived alongside founders and fashion designers to commercialize their vision, leading businesses while providing creative teams with the clarity and focus required to bring a brand to life.
Michael is a global financial executive with strong experience in the retail, wholesale and e-commerce consumer goods world. After beginning his career at PwC, Michael held various positions of increasing responsibility at General Foods and PepsiCo. He has spent the past twenty years in the fashion and luxury space including as Corporate Controller at Coach, Global Controller at Cole Haan, and SVP of Finance at Marc Jacobs. Michael has recently consulted with a number of mid-market wholesalers/retailers and their private equity partners.

Fashion publicist and PR professional representing top designers. He specializes in VIP and celebrity relations, brand development, and U.S. press and media initiatives. Michell garnered his public relations skills in the luxury market while working in-house at agencies for Marc Jacobs, Rebecca Minkoff, Wetherly and Blackframe in New York. During his tenure, he supervised U.S. press initiatives, cultivated relationships with fashion press, New York socials and influencers at top luxury brands.
