Please inform us about your intention to return within 14 days after receipt of your order by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include reseasoning for return, as we would love to gain your feedback and improve our service.
Once you have received our email confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and original packaging. S H A R K C H A S E R reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return once your item is inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
